Event for interested people: Learning project management in a PLAYful way

Project Management for ALL – Why good project management is not only relevant for work, but also for the management of our everyday life.

Our everyday life is shaped by a high dynamic, continuously balancing of our decisions and an increased complexity (e.g. VUCA world) – similar to project management. Considering the three-fold of classical project management, consisting of time, money and performance, we manage activities to achieve the optimal outputs.

In this event we will playfully learn how to develop and analyze scenarios and train your decision-making skills. In a playful way – you will learn how to manage and deal with situations when structural delays affect the project performances, how to set the roles and select team members accordingly, how we can optimally coordinate existing resources within the framework of the project to achieve the project objectives.

Live participation at the events is free of charge and limited to 30 sets only which is distributed on first come first served basis. Please register and select “Live” mode if you wish to attend in-person.

After registration you will immediately receive an automatic email from Kompass Events events@kompassfrankfurt.de with a link (: https://meet.goto.com….) for online participation at the event.

For registration in “live” mode you get an additional confirmation email in 24 hours when you get a set.
